"Refund took way too long"
I accidentally placed an order and tried to cancel it pretty much right away, but the whole process felt way more stressful than it needed to be. The site wasn’t very clear about whether my order was actually canceled or still going through, so I felt kind of pressured to keep checking and figuring it out myself.
Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the refund took longer than I expected and I ended up having to follow up. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely annoying and not something I’d want to deal with again.

I mean, the graduation photos were fine, but the prices felt kind of crazy for what you get. Like, it just didn’t seem fair to charge that much for basic pictures, honestly.

"Took way too long to get into my gallery"
I had a frustrating time trying to get into my graduation gallery. The code wouldn’t work at first, and once I finally got past that, the pages were loading so slowly that I was just sitting there waiting. I did eventually get to see the pictures, but the whole process was way more annoying than it should’ve been.

I was really disappointed. They barely covered our ceremony and missed some of the most important moments, which was the last thing I expected to be stressing about on our wedding day. I thought this was something we could trust them to handle, but instead it just became another unexpected headache.

"Still Waiting for a Real Response"
I reached out to gradimages about an issue with my graduation photo order, thinking it would be something simple to clear up.
I sent a message through their site, waited a few days, then sent another one. I never got a proper response, just the feeling that my concern was sitting there with nobody taking responsibility for it.
I understand they’re probably busy after graduation, but that doesn’t excuse leaving customers hanging. If there’s a problem with an order, someone needs to follow up and actually help instead of making people chase for answers.

"I paid for the digital download thinking..."
I paid for the digital download thinking it would be quick and easy, but it ended up being kind of a headache. Maybe I’m just not the most patient person with tech stuff, but the link kept giving me trouble and I had to keep trying. I reached out for help, but the response was slow. for just getting some photos, it felt like way more effort than it should’ve been.

"Quick email help with my order"
I emailed them about an issue with my order and got a reply sooner than I expected. The support person actually explained what had happened and helped get it sorted out instead of just sending a generic response. It wasn’t completely perfect, but I appreciated the clear communication and the quick follow-up. Overall, good service

They ended up mixing me up with someone else and tagged the wrong graduate. Mistakes happen, but I was expecting a faster response to get it corrected.

I didn’t feel comfortable with how my information was being handled. I kept getting way too many emails, and the options to control my data weren’t clear at all. When I tried to figure it out, it kind of felt like my concerns were being ignored. I wouldn’t use it again

"Not much room to personalize"
I felt kind of pressured to order from GradImages since they’re the main graduation photo option, but i was disappointed. The photo itself turned out okay, but when I went to customize it, there really wasn’t much I could do. I wanted to add a name and date or choose a nicer layout, but the options were bare.
For what they charge, I expected to have more control over the final product. It felt like I had to just pick from whatever basic template they offered and move on. I ended up ordering because I didn’t want to miss out, but it didn’t feel worth the price.
"Pretty solid packaging overall"
My grad photos showed up in good shape, which was my biggest concern. Nothing was bent, scratched, or damaged, and the envelope felt sturdy. It did take me a minute to open it carefully without messing anything up, but in the end, I’d say the packaging did its job well and I was happy with it.

"I used GradImages once for my graduation photos..."
I used GradImages once for my graduation photos, and ever since then it feels like they just keep sending email after email. It’s always reminders, discounts, “last chance” messages, and half the time it’s not even clear what the actual offer is or when it really ends. The pictures were fine, but the constant marketing got old really fast. I know the company exists already, so I don’t need to be pushed every few days. it makes me less interested in buying anything from them.

"I tried logging into my GradImages account..."
I tried logging into my GradImages account a bunch of times and it kept sending me in circles. The password reset email took way longer than expected, and then the link didn’t really work right anyway. I just wanted to check out my photos, not deal with the website the whole time. Kinda annoying overall
"Awkward pose and bad framing"
The photos just felt really rushed. My pose looked awkward, and the framing was off too, like there was way too much empty space above my head, and my gown was cut off in a weird way. I get that graduation photos move fast, but it felt like no one even checked how it looked before taking the picture. For what it cost, I was hoping for at least one decent shot, but... yeah, disappointed.

I mean, it was fine, I guess, but the photo options for my graduation pictures felt limited. Not a huge deal or anything, but I was definitely expecting more to choose from.

"Good pics, but the watermark is distracting"
The pictures themselves look fine, but the watermark is just way too noticeable. It kind of takes away from the whole photo, if that makes sense
